How do I prevent my C drive from randomly losing space day by day? Hard Disk space ( C: \ ) keeps decreasing day by day

My disk space reduces day by day, it's almost a gb per day sometimes more than 1gb. One day it was 16gb. I'm not installing new apps, but my disk space keeps on decreasing. I turned off hibernation mode and have run disk cleanup several times. I also checked for file corruption. I have compared the storage on two different days and found that Apps & Features gets bigger. Is there a way to figure out what's causing it directly?
