Organization stopping windows update

Hello! I have installed a program in the past, forgot the name of it but it stopped windows update from running properly. When I go into windows update it was that some settings are managed by my organization even though I don't have an organization. I want to update to windows 11 which is why this is giving me an issue. When I look at what was configured it says the type is "group policy" and the source is administrator.
