Cannot update windows, Xbox game bar/app isn't properly working and I cannot sign into Minecraft and play with friends.

I'll start with the Windows update problem, this all came from me not being able to play Minecraft due to it getting stuck at 40% and when I end 'Runtime broker' in Minecraft inside task Manager I'm able to join but I can't play with friends (gives me an error message "Unable to connect, Please restart your client. P2P/SIG: Error Code 100") and my account is bugged, can't change skins, cant open marketplace, etc.Basically, I tried looking around and I found 3 Windows updates that are 'optional' and I think they might be the cause for this (let me know if I'm wrong about that). T:hese 3 Updates
