Laptop stuck on boot screen and can’t go into advanced repair mode

Hi there. Basically I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop and was downloading some of the optional updates and restarted the laptop to ensure nothing goes wrong.Unfortunately, now it is stuck on the Lenovo start screen with the circles, meaning I can’t start my laptop anymore.I’ve seen articles that suggest I go into Automatic Repair mode, but the problem is I seem to be not doing it correctly or it’s not working, so I can’t even do that.Is there any other option I can use? Kindly appreciate any help.
