Hi,I have a ViewSonic external monitor (VA2407H) that stopped working with my laptop. When I plug the HDMI cable to the laptop, the laptop screen starts blinking and readjusting forever. Here is a video of what it does:

puzzles me is that this issue only happens with this particular monitor and laptop. If I connect a different laptop to the monitor using the same HDMI cable, everything works fine. If I connect my laptop to a different monitor, it also works. Also, if I connect the HDMI cable to a USB-C adapter and then to my laptop via usb-C, it works. It just
