Asked 1K times: How to disable (turn off) password protected sharing

Two PCs, one Windows 10 Home and the second Windows 11 Home. I login to both using the same Microsoft account. The home network is sharing a single folder from each. The share permission allows "Everyone". I must be missing some other requirement to make this work. Does it only work if: - I use local accounts on each PC - I enable the Guest account on each PC - I set the password the same on each PC - etc etc etc
