I can't get the Microphone and Headphones on a wireless device to work at the same time.

I can't use wired headphones because I don't have access to any working ones currently. I have tried 3 different pairs of headphones/earphones (Sony MDR-ZX770BN, RHA True connect and OTL TWS EARPODS). Basically what happens is I can only use my mic and headphones at the same time when I change my output device to a "Headset" rather than the "Headphones", which drastically lowers sound quality. If I set the mic to headset and the audio to headphones I am unable to hear anything. I have already made sure my default devices are correct. I used to be able to use it just fine but one say a few year
