Windows Crash looking for some help!!!

IN NEED OF HELP! I have been coming across this problem within the last week.I will start up a game and get a black screen, then my monitor will say no HDMI input and my compuer will restart.I have looked into the "Event Viewer" under system and recieved this error -The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8014c0fb320, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 58c
