My mouse keeps going to the top of the screen, how can I fix it?

I have an issue where if you move the mouse too quickly it will go to the top of the screen, I think its the mouse problem because when I use another mouse it doesn't happen. I'm wondering if theres a way to fix it or it is the computers fault.
