Can't update to Windows 11: 0x80070002 error

I have tried several times updating my Windows 10 to Windows 11.After it downloads, installs, restarts, it shows the message Undoing Changes Made to Your Computer.Then, I'm able to try and download again Windows 11, with the message: We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80070002).About a year ago, I had to reinstall Windows after this happened: Redirecting don't remember exactly how I did it, but I had some external help because it wasn't easy.I have read
