Everything started when I was using adope after effect I was trying to improve quality of video when it was rendering at 65% i got blue screenAfter that my pc worked totally fine but then i saw that my temporary files was 10gb after i searched i found out it was adope folder then I deleted it from temporary files and deleted the video that was 10gb from my desktop(video i was trying to improve it quality) but after that i got blue screen again when i log in the temporary adope file and video was back again i tried to delete other stuff from my desktop but they keep coming back Every time I sh
