Mouse not working on laptop

Hey there, so i have a laptop that doesn't work with any mouse i plug in (headset also doesn't work, tried mobile headphones too 3.5mm but nothing) i reinstalled drivers, rolled back windows, reinstalled windows but nothing seems to help, im super lost right now, i don't think it's an usb issue or something because i can charge my phone, and while reinstalling windows i used a usb flash drive.
