My wifi keeps disconnecting

for almost 2 weeks, my internet disconnects suddenly, i.e. the wifi, for example, I go on YouTube, listen to something and suddenly the wifi disconnects and nothing appears in the internet list. I contacted the internet network and they told me that it was a problem in my area but they solved it so it's not from them. I unplugged the router, I did everything possible, I looked on the forums but it's in vain, so I'm going to call you. if you can give me some advice I would be grateful
