0x800f0831 error on: (KB5032189) 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems

I tried the update KB5032189 now for months and it always failed and got the error 0x800f0831 - CBS_E_STORE_CORRUPTION. Also while reading the CBS.log I noticed the error "HRESULT = 0x80070020 - ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION" marking the beginning of all errors.What I also tried:- typing in console:DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTHDISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTHDISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTHSfc /Scannow- manually downloading and installing the update from microsoft update catalog- deactivating windows firewall for updating- searching for unused user profiles
