I was able to log into windows perfectly fine about 3hrs ago, but when i shut off my pc and came back, booted it up, it just gets stuck on a blurred screen, right where the password, username, and profile should be, nothing appears, its just blurry, then just goes back to normal (time display lock screen) after about 5mins, i can move my mouse, use my keyboard (although i cant really do anything with it), any and all advice would be appreciated. Ive tried a couple things but please tell me if ive missed something; ive tried booting in safe mode, but that requests a password, and the only accou
