Just posting this as it seems every other thread recommends re-installing Windows as soon as this error is thrown, which is understandable, as the winhttp.dll file literally stops half the system functioning."regsvr32.exe - Bad Image /n .... dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020."The solution I found was:1.
