How to fix this problem with Realtek HD Audio manager

Hey! I recently got a used computer, so i took the hard drive from my old one to my new one and installed drivers, when i plug in headphones they always show up as "Line in" and when i unplug them it shows up as Headphones, this is on a Toshiba Sattelite.
