I get a pop-up HP-audio switch not working and says to install a .net version inferior to what already installed on my laptop?

whenever I switch on my laptop i get a popup to install a specific .net version inferior to what is already installed , also I get different version to install every other time a different popup. And I cannot install a new application also , same thing it says to install a specific version to install "Update.exe - This application could not be started " ,requires following version .net framework v4.0.30319 PS-I am not able to upload picture of my problem due a technical error here.
