I started my pc but it says "you have to sign out " i click the option to sign out but everything circles back to that notification

I turned on my pc then i got this notification "you have to sign out " i did sign out but everything just starts over and this notification pops up again, if i click cancel it just says im signed in witha temporary account. I dont know how to fix it and get my account back and my pc running normally, cuz all the customised things i did and my documents were deleted
