I will say first I am not a computer guy, and everything that I’ve read on google so far hasn’t helped. I also don’t know my admin password anymore. I ran into the same problem yesterday and did a system restore. I was able to get in later but when I booted my pc up today I was back to the automatic repair blue screen. It says there are no restore points anymore when I try system restore. And it won’t let me re set my pc either. Please advise. I was able to save my important files to an external harddrive yesterday so nothing important on the pc needs to be saved.
