Usb serial number issue

Hello, I have the following issue - I'm using Windows 10 21H2, but for some reason, it doesn't recognize the correct serial number of flash drives. I am using the latest version of USBOblivion, which temporarily solves the issue - until I remove and reinsert the flash drive, the serial number changes again. The picture is of the same flash drive.
