Hi,Yesterday I upgraded my Windows 8.1 Single Language to Windows 10 Home Single Language through the Media Creation Tool. I have my original product key of Windows 8.1 with me and when I try to activate Windows 10, an error occurs - "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. (0x803fa067)"I haven't replaced any hardware (only upgraded 4GB RAM to 8GB RAM)Can't I use my Windows 8.1 product key for activation?Please help
