how can i fix my touch pad and my usb ports by my self i am sure its just some thing i did by mistake

my laptop touchpad suddenly stopped working no idea why I tried to search for a solution on Google and tried something but ended up with more problems two of my USB ports don't work now i have only tried my mouse in them and my touch is still not working please someone help
