I had to do a factory reset on Windows 11 which rolled me back to Windows 10. Do the 30+ pending updates need to be applied to upgrade back to Windows

Reference: Last week I had 6 updates on my Dell XP2 Windows 10 which was already updated to Windows 11. After installing all the updates (2 Cumulative Previews, 1 Cumulative Update, 1 update for MS Malicious Malware tool and 1 for .NET Framework) I restarted the PC and it just stopped on the Dell black splash screen with the spinning circle...I let it spin for over an hour, and restarted to the same result.
