I attempted to factory reset a Windows 10 computer the other day, but when it finished it looks like it missed some stuff. Now when it starts it bring me to a sign-in screen instead of Windows setup, shows me a user that should've been removed since I had reset wipe everything, and when I put the password in it gives me "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded" error. Any fix I've seen online has said to access stuff that can only be access in the desktop, problem is I can't get to the desktop because of this user profile problem.
