My computer is stuck in a loop trying to undo the changes made to it, it asked me to add an external drive and won't seem to open the boot menu people have told me to try to access it doesn't seem to be able to do anything except try to undo the changes. I was told I would need to do a clean install of Windows, which I'm fine with, I don't need to save anything that's on this computer especially since it's lost anyway, but can't get it to run the installation media only try to undo the changes made.It keeps turning on and off, if I take out the external drive it just won't do anything until I
