I recently tried to change the SSID from default but I did a small mistake. My Modem was Dlink DIR-809. I went to the link, logged in and went to the wireless section and clicked on wireless network setup wizard(option at the top) and changed the ssid and clicked next. And I got disconnected from the WiFi then. Then the new name was showing but when I tried to connect with my old password it did not connect. Then I switched on and off the WiFi and the SSID itself disappeared. I don't know how to make it appear now. I think I have attached the photo. I should have gone to manual wireless settin
