HP is spamming my PC using RUXIM.

As the subject states, HP is somehow spamming my PC using RUXIM, as identified in properties for the window (and "Reusable UX Interaction Manager" - "Campaign Manager" in task manager). Their spam pops up full screen and requires me to either pick "remind me later" or "shop now" - no window controls at the top of the window (I alt-Tab away from it and close the window in the taskbar.) How can I prevent them from doing this? How can I review what is in the queue for this event scheduler and edit it?Thanks!
