In summary, when opening or closing programs, sometimes, the usage for my GPU skyrocketed to 100%, and also the fact that the gpu seemed to be less powerful than before.A few games that I used to run with no problems now faces fps drops, for some games though.Feels like my GPU just got downgraded while it's still the same, my dedicated GPU is a GTX 1650 Max Q and the other is an Intel UHD graphics.It could be driver though, it's not really up to date. I did disable fast startup, And I also have alot of errors, but none are critical in the Event viewer,So. Can you help me?
