I was trying to add a separate account to my computer and ended up changing my admin account. When I tried to re-login to my original account It asked me for my Windows password NOT MY MICROSOFT password: THEY ARE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. I have been using my PIN code to log in and forgot my original login password. I have tried for weeks to find a way to log in or try to change the password. Nothing is working. I called Microsoft and to no avail. I tried Google to no avail. The only information I am getting is how to reset my MICROSOFT password. Can someone help me please.
