My Work account keeps getting locked because my personal outlook account tried to log into it

Hello,I have a work account with 365 (E3 but no Exchange online email) and a personal outlook account.My Work account is connected to the on premises Active Directory which have a policy that automatically locks the account after 5 failed logins within an hour. My account on Active directory keeps getting locked all the time because my personal account is trying to log in to it all the time using a wrong password, the Azure access stays fine though. I tried checking the Email Sync from the Outlook web access of my personal account is connected to my work account but there is no "Linked Account
