I did a reset on my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop and lost my touchscreen. There are no longer any Human Interface Drivers and I cannot find anywhere!

Dell website where I purchased the laptop in 2012 states they have no drivers for touchscreen and that Windows provides the drivers. Windows advises to go to Dell for the driver for the trouchscreen, and on it goes. I'm dizzy and frustrated.
