first tell the specification about my laptop and winder version. our laptop is Asus Q303UA 2 in one version , windows 10 professional version.I often did not shutdown my computer because it will take much time create a workbrench. so when I have a break or go offwork , I close my laptop. recently I found the login interface did not appear when re-awake the laptop, so I have no way to input password. so I cannot enter windows. The only way is to cut off the power and restart the computer. hope windows team can solve my problem. other problem is the One Drive , account cannot login.
