I have already tried several different solutions for this. I've attempted to put it into safe mode by either resetting it or using the power button. neither method has worked. i've tried making sure the USB thing was enabled, and it was. The keyboard and mouse work for everything BUT the welcome screen. They work for pressing enter and stopping the usual startup of the pc, and for going into advanced settings from there, and i have tried multiple methods that i found on the internet, but nothing has worked.
