Help! My main account disappeared on log in screen and start screen, but I see my folder with my main account’s name.

I know i was on a local user for 20 days and forgot to sign out. Before I tried to sign into my main account it said something about not being able to load it in. Please help me get it back!Can updating it to windows 11 make it come back? If so I will do thatAlso I’m on an account that isn’t an administrator
