Removing an Intune account from a System we have purchased.

We have Purchased a Few Latitude Systems for our business. 1 of our system's needed a motherboard replacement which was a Refurbished part. The Issue is that the motherboard in question is registered with another business and we cannot re image the system due to the restriction. It seems like the previous organisation had not removed the service tag from there Intune/azure. We have been attempting to raise a ticket to get assistance in regards to removing the business account from the motherboard so we can actually re install the windows environment but it requires us to register and purchase
