I noticed an issue with my PC when it was having an issue opening a steam game. I had other apps running in the background so I figured the reason why the game would open with no screen, no visible window at all, and then crash was a steam issue. Then I soon learned anything I open will crash and after closing one of the tabs I had previously open and trying to open it (device manager in this case), it crashed within 2 seconds. Even Windows Security had issues and crashed, but had ran a full scan yesterday. I ran scannow through command prompt using administrator and fixed something, but obvio
