i bought a loq15aph18 and i didnt like windows 11 so i downloaded a fresh install of windows 10. I optimized the processes of the cpu and the overal performance with a powershellscripts (christitusw10 script) and optimizer, i did that mainly for the battery life because i take it to school and use alot. So the next idea was to go to 60hz now because i reinstalled my drivers and etc. I went to the advanced display settings and just as before i did all the optimize things there is no 60hz for me. I went on to reinstall the drivers again amd and rtx and still no 60hz. I know i can get 60hz throug
