Volume changed when I switch to specfic application

Hi experts,My PC uses Win 10 with the latest sound driver. I play a game called WarThunder (WT).When I launch WT, the volume is set to 28 every time. When I switched to other applications, they uses the main Windows volume. When I switch from other to WT, the volume is automatically set to the 28 again, even I set the WT volume to other value, when I switch to other app then switch back to WT, the vol is still 28........ This issue does not occur in others application. E.g. I'm viewing Chrome and set volume as 10, then I switch to WarThunder, the volume is automatically set to 28. Then I switc
