How to fix "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" ?

I got a laptop as a gift from my organisation i work in, and i am facing problems in changing wallpapers and name of the device (initially named after the org.) .All it shows is that "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation". How to fix this issue?
