My Windows 10 PC keeps getting a 0xc000021a and startup loop but never boots. What can I do?

For the past week, my Windows 10 PC (built 19045) has went into a 0xc000021a blue screen error and doesn't start up, and only boots if I disable driver signature enforcement. This is the third time it happened this week, and it only happens if I leave my PC alone for a while. The sound on the speakers has also popped on and popped off since this problem started. It also appears to happen every three days.
