Accidentally installed another system on/instead of windows, how to return windows, my programs and personal files?

Windows 10 operating system was installed on my laptop, there was one disk C:. I installed Proxmox Virtual Environment on the single disk I had by boot manager. I didn't know that it would delete Windows. How can I restore windows, existing applications and personal files? I didn't make any special backups.
