How do you re-install the Microsoft Store on Windows 10?

I have already tried the PowerShell command ( Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}) and it did not work. I have also tried to reset the system and re-installed Windows but it did not work either.
