I last updated Windows (KB5031356) on 11/5/2023. Shortly after, I noticed a stuttering in both the audio and video when using any browser (Edge, Chrome & Firefox). While using a browser, the stuttering comes and goes especially during streaming. Also, streaming video in one browser and opening another browser causes the stream to highly stutter until the browser fully loads (see 1st screenshot of streaming on Chrome and opening Edge).
