How can I get my PC to update? Windows 1903 to Windows 22H2. -Error 0x800700c

I have never been able to update my PC since installing Windows. It may have something to do with the hardware, but everything was brand new when the PC was built, so I'm not sure about that.Every feature update attempt has had -Error 0x800700c. I've tried reinstalling Windows (using this guide: Redirecting), but each time, the installation fails.
