My computer is showing me boot menu, how do I proceed?

My Lenovo suddenly shut itself off and when I switched it on again, only a dialogue box opened with the heading ,,Boot menu'' and five options after that. I tried choosing option number one ,,Windows boot manager'' but that took me back to the same dialogue box.Since I can't add a screenshot, the options go like this:1. Windows Boot Manager2. ATA HDD:3. ATAPI CD: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUEON4. PCI LAN: EFI Network (IPv4)5. PCI LAN: EFI Network (IPv6)I have tried rebooting my computer and I have tried to forcibly shut it down, but nothing works.
