"File and Printer Sharing" under Private network types on both Windows 10/11 keeps turning off on it's own

I'm reposting this question since it's been over 60 days since it was originally posted and the problem has gotten lost in the mix. It still exists and communication between all 6 of my computers is no longer possible. A little help would be appreciated. Linux is looking more and more attractive right now.....-Rick
