Windows 10 SSD C: disk filing up by itself

For some reason for awhile now my laptops disk has been filling up by itself , I could be doing something like playing a game or watching youtube (not downloading anything at all) and it would fill up , i frequently do the command prompt "chkdsk C: /f /v /x" and deleting un needed files all the time but still it fills up from me doing nothing.
