I have a PC running Windows 10 1703 15063.1418 and have been trying all days to update it.All the PC does is cycle between the following two screensI've also tried the technique, which worked in the past for me, to stop the windows update services... rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folders, but it didn't help in this instance. The never ending Checking for updates... just keeps going.How can I simply bring this PC up-to-date!?Why is it so hard to simply perform an update!Is there a catalog file I can download and run locally for x64 systems which would get me back on track?
