Whenever I try to open certain apps they fail to start and within a couple of minutes send an error message stating "Windows cannot access the specified device, Path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions" Some solutions tell me to change the properties of the file but when I do it often freezes and crashes or tells me to contact the system administrator (I am the only user). some apps work as normal but many others do not. Even the task manager has the same issue and doesn't allow me to run it. I am yet to find a solution, any help would be appreciated.
